If interested, tenants can hire the company we use for mowing and snow removal services for our other properties. The service will provide an estimate and tenants can make payments directly to them. Pets may be allowed but will require additional information and a monthly fee per pet. Applicants with dog breeds considered aggressive per our insurance will not be considered.
