This camp is a work in progress project, repeat, PROJECT. We continue to renovate and the price will rise as projects are completed. I have run out of steam and ready to pass on to someone else. So far, I replace both A/C systems, new water heater, led lighting new flooring, bead board ceilings, flooring, double pane windows, toilets, pex plumbing, roof and more. A lot of the work is done, plenty left for an new owner. This house has tons of potential for the right buyers. The dock was destroyed during the last hurricane, but when rebuilt, the water is 20'+ deep at the end of the dock. I will ad pictures of the current renovation ASAP, the pictures shown are prior to the current work being done.
