Pets are ok and security fee applies Tenant responsible for City/trash/internet/ and power. Laundry hook up is available and existing units in house may stay if discussed. Smaller yard with fenced in. Unit can be painted if approved. Landscaping can be changed to your own style by tenants with approval.
