NEVER BEEN RENTED!!! I purchased the unit in 2000. It had never been lived in and has been lived in solely by myself - one adult - ever since. Thomasville furniture in master bedroom, upgraded ceiling fans, remodeled bathrooms, etc. It looks virtually brand new! Unit is GULF FRONT and not just GULF VIEW! Unit has the tile upgrade throughout the main room (most have only carpet from the kitchen to the balcony, which is not good at the beach). Unit also comes with a covered parking space ($7,500 when purchased new and now sold-out). 4th Floor units are the best! 1st floor has no view, 2nd little better, 5th-7th mostly see sky and some water. The 4th gives you the dunes, sugar sand beach and turquoise waters from the kitchen, family room and master bedroom. The Island Princess is one of the most well-maintained and desirable properties on Okaloosa Island. Look around on Zillow - see what you can get for the $. A gulf-FRONT unit, 4th floor, newer building... there is no better deal for a unit, particularly a virtually brand new, never rented one like this one!
