    House is AS IS. No utilities are on. It's not livable right now. This is a project but would be worth $60,000-$75,000 once completed. It would take approximately $20,000 to complete if you did it yourself. We lived in it before we demoed the interior. We removed over 12,000lbs of demo. We removed all the busted concrete that surrounded the house. The frame of the house is solid! Everything has been disconnected.We still have all the pex piping that comes with the house. We also have tons of insulation that is in the house. We have siding and drywall for the shop. Wiring needs to be updated. There are exposed wires hanging from the ceiling so power is not on.
