This main floor, 520 sq. ft. studio is completely furnished so all you have to do is bring your food and clothes. This unit features, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, island seating, stack washer/dryer in unit, queen platform bed, wood and tile flooring, clothing wardrobe, dresser drawers, 40" HDTV, Blu-Ray player, and wireless internet. All linens, towels, dishware, silverware, glassware, cookware, small appliances, utilities and a cleaning service every two weeks are included. All inclusive rates are $1,575 per month. This unit is fully furnished and the landlord pays for all utilities, wireless internet, and twice per month cleaning. In addition all linens, towels, kitchenware, dishware and glassware are furnished. Off street parking is available just across the street. We are so sorry but we do not allow smoking or pets.
