2 bed 1 bath apartment close to the BYU-I campus. It has a large kitchen with a pantry, a washer and dryer in the unit, and A/C for those hot summer days. It is on the bottom level so there are no stairs to climb, and we just put brand new carpet in the whole apartment. Rent is $650 per month and that includes water, gas and sewer. You would pay gas and power which usually run about $50 per month for the two combined. A 1 year lease is required with a $600 deposit. NO ANIMALS ALLOWED.
