Hello my name is Jerry HC McClintock (aka jr). My father is Jerry D McClintock,my stepmom is Mary R McClintock, founder and owners of Jerry's Appliance Repair here in Mitchell. My daughter and I moved to Mitchell in 03/2011. 07/ 2012 Jerry and Mary McClintock signed a bank loan for a house at 520 West Vine Street mitchell for my daughter and myself with the understanding that it would be "our" home. So I put $14,000 down payment on said property . I paid every payment to Jerry and Mary McClintock... Never late with payment. In 2015 jerry and Mary mcClintock co-signed a loan for myself on a 2012 Ford Fusion. No down payment to be made. I paid every payment to Jerry and Mary McClintock. I didn't get many receipts...( it was my father and stepmother).05/ 2019 I get a text message from Jerry and Mary McClintock. They want my house and my car. Because a lack of receipts they got the house and two cars, and about $40,000 of personal property. I am presently homeless at this time. Thanks to Jerry and Mary Mcclintock's greed. This is all documented in the Bedford Circuit Court. They co-signed a loan for their only granddaughter. They tried to take the car from her....( it was almost paid off).. I owed approximately $50,000 on the house. I owed approximately $1,600 on the Ford Fusion. So Jerry and Mary McClintock made out like Bandits and thieves.
