What I like about the house? It was built in 2007 so everything is new. It has a maintenance free exterior, very efficient to heat and cool. The house has hardwood floors, tile, and carpet throughout (amenities you only find in more expensive homes). It’s close to everything- restaurants, bars, river front, shopping, library, schools, daycare, etc. The property taxes have been frozen for the next several years due to being in the enterprise zone. Best of all, it’s cheaper than paying rent! Insurance and everything is cheaper since it’s a new home.
