The 17th & Monaco Parkways have been great for daily walks (mornings, afternoons, evenings). City Park is also close by which is great for the farmer's market, Jazz in the park, and some green space. 2. Easy access to downtown, but removed from the downtown chaos. Plenty of coffee shops within walking distance (Honey Hill, Viva, Dandelion, and Copper Door are some favorites) and great neighborhood restaurants as well. 3. The house gets a lot of sunlight, which we've loved for ourselves and our plants (which have all thrived). 4.
