The view is great and the location is very walk-able to buses, restaurants and the University of Washington campus. Many of the units are rented to UW students, but many are inhabited by their owners as well. Restaurants, banks, and shopping are less than a 15-minute walk away. Bus lines on 25th Ave provide easy access to UW and downtown Seattle. You can also walk 12-15 mins to UW. Street parking is readily available in front of the building with a parking permit which is offered to residents by the city of Seattle. Non-permit parking is also available just around the corner. Unit Details Our unit has a balcony overlooking 22nd Ave NE and University Village. This unit has 1.75 bathrooms and two bedrooms. The living room and dining area is spacious and filled with natural light. The washer and dryer are in the unit. Available Room Details The available room is 144 ft sq. including closet. The queen bed in the picture can be included if desired, but does not have a mattress. The location of the room to the left as you walk in the front door on the north wall of the building. Rental Details $950 per month $500 deposit. An additional tennent can be added to lease for an additional fee. Rental is on a month to month basis. First and last months rent required.
