Manitou Apartments is two blocks away from the Meadow Park Golf Course. The nearest bus is across the street. It is a short walk to Manitou Park. In all seriousness, this apartment complex is clean and well maintained. I do the maintenance myself except what needs a licensed electrician, plumber, or other professional. I am the owner and the manager and I care about my property, as does my wife. And we care about out residents. We put a keypad lock on the laundry room door. It is really nice now.
