Yes, the unit needs work! But it is in a great location with many units that have been wonderfully renovated and this one can be too. It needs a new air conditioner and flooring and some paint. After that you decide what you want to do. The appliances all are in good condition. Cabinets can be painted or replaced or left. Bathrooms all function and could use some updating if you want but not required. The hot water heater is old but still works. There is a space for a washer and dryer with hook-ups. It is a downstairs unit and the price reflects these possibilities. Two bedroom and two bath very close to community pool. Very nice community with restaurants near and downtown Jacksonville and Metropolitan Park very close!
