We have had the house re-roofed and we have put in a new refrigerator, washer and dryer (not yet pictured). We have also made some changes to the lightening to give the house some modern touches (will add phots) and we have added shelves and rods to the master closet. The neighborhood is great and our neighbors are extremely friendly. Renter pays for utilities. Dogs are allowed - would prefer they are house trained. $100 refundable pet deposit will be required and an additional $50 for additional dogs. No smoking of any kind inside the house. This house does have turf in the yard so yard work is not needed. There are still large trees and areas where you can plant in soil.
