We are located in the heart of the locals area! We're surrounded by tons of restaurants, farmers markets, grocery stores, and just a bike ride from the beach and St. Andrews State Park. This upstairs guest loft is completely detached from main home. It is situated in a private mediterranean style neighborhood. The home sleeps 4 people and is equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom and a balcony. This studio is tiny, but mighty! The bathroom in the cottage is suited for one person at a time. Although fully functional, we just want to prepare you for the 2 x 2 space! Downstairs is our airbnb laundry room/gym, you may share the W/D with us. No smoking. Home comes furnished, however we can remove any furniture items you won't be using to make more room. Owner pays for water, gas and electric. There is not cable, you can also plug in your computer with an hdmi cord. We have strong WIFI. Pets are allowed, but there is not a fenced in yard. There are also dogs and cats on the property so pets must be tame and good with other animals. You will have a designated parking place which can fit 2 cars. Lease can range anywhere between 2 months - 1 year.
