Tenant shall provide written notice of termination along with a copy of the applicable military orders. Lease termination will follow the timelines and procedures set forth in the SCRA, with termination effective thirty (30) days after the next rent due date following delivery of notice. Owner's Death: In the event of the Owner's death, all terms of this Lease shall remain in full force and effect, and be binding/enforceable by the Owner's heirs, successors, assigns, or estate.
