The floorplan for this particular unit is not listed on the website, but the community is called Towne Square Apartments and you can get some information from the website: renttownesquare.com. This rental rate is discounted relative to new lease signers. You must be approved by the leasing office to take over the lease. Start date is flexible! Rent can be pro-rated for April if you need a later move-in date! Deposit is $650, but negotiable per your assessment of the apartment's condition at time of move-in. The living area and bedroom are very spacious for me as a single occupant with a dog. The view of downtown is great, and a well-placed tree gives decent privacy to the balcony and living space. There is a ceiling fan in the living area. There is a shelved closet space between the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom is no frills; boasts a wide mirror and typical bathroom exhaust fan. Bedroom is 11.5' x 14'. Bedroom closet has two rows for more hanging space, but is not a walk-in. There is one window in the bedroom, and it is very easy to keep it dark to regulate sleep. Stovetop/oven, dishwasher, in-sink garbage disposal, stacked washer/dryer, and refrigerator are included. Central Air + Heat Water, satellite TV, garbage removal and recycling are included in rental price Alarm system activated at your discretion connects to doors and windows, as well as a manual alarm activation from the bedroom if needed. Covered, reserved parking available at the base of the stairs when you exit the apartment in gated lot. Guest parking outside of gates is available at no charge. Plenty of guest parking; it's never been full when I've needed it, even for multiple guests. Cats and small dogs are allowed for a small fee. Please discuss this with the leasing office. There is no monthly cost requirement for pets. Coin laundry available on site if needed Pest control is performed routinely. Areas inside connected to plumbing are sprayed monthly during spring/summer/fall, and can be sprayed weekly or ever other week at your request. Exterior is managed weekly. Bugs appear very rarely, but if you keep your drains covered it is not likely you'll see any at all. The management is very invested in preventing any pests of any kind. Leasing staff and maintenance have been very courteous and helpful throughout my 2.5 years here. I've never been blamed or charged for any malfunctions; they replaced my dishwasher within 48 hours when it stopped working, and take care of most requests very promptly.
