And lastly 15 minute walk from famous Green Lake. Room is a spacious carpeted 9'x11' and has a large closet 5'x2'. Plenty of room for queen size bed, dresser, and small desk. This room comes with a shared bathroom with the other basement room. Wifi/Utilities are not included in the rent but likely to be around $100 additional every month. I am in the process of furnishing a small kitchenette right next to the room. I am open to providing the following appliances if you would like. - induction cook top - air fryer - microwave - keurig/coffee maker Washer/Dryer is shared amongst everyone in the house.
