Unit 3 is about 950 square feet in size and is the whole 2nd floor of the 4 floor / 4 unit building and is located a half flight of stairs down from the front building entrance. There is a newly renovated large covered 8 foot by 28 foot rear outdoor decks with a nice easterly territorial sunrise view. This unit has an in-unit set of stacked washer and dryer in a closet off the hallway between both bedrooms. There is a new Mitsubishi min-split heat and air conditioning unit that keeps apartment efficiently at a comfortable temperature year-round. The kitchen and baths are new with stainless steel appliances, soft closing cabinet drawers and quartz countertops. New dishes, microwave, pots/pans, silverware, blender, coffee maker, toaster, etc. New Tempurpedic memory foam mattresses in both bedrooms (1 King and 1 Queen), linens and pillows are all new as well. Brand new large smart Samsung flat screen TV's in each bedroom as well as the living room to go along with high speed internet. Also a brand new Mitsubishi mini-split heater and air conditioner installed in the great room. The rent price is for shorter stays (Less than 3 months) and less for stays longer terms (5+ months). The internet is fast and delivered seamlessly through google Wifi mesh pods. Smart TV description 65 inch new smart Samsung TV above the fireplace in the living room and a 55 inch Samsung smart TV in each bedroom mounted on the wall across from the bed. Owner pays for WSG for first tenant, but each additional occupant is charged $75/month over and above the base rent and incorporated within the lease. One off-street and covered parking spot is available for an additional $100 / month. A small or medium sized dog is allowed but a $350 nonrefundable cleaning fee is required. Electricity and internet costs for this unit are included in the base rent. There is no application fee, but I require a minimum one year of credit history and a minimum credit score of 720 developed through the keycheck system. Owner pays for electricity and internet and the first tenant's water/sewer/garbage, but each additional tenant costs $75/month for utilities
