If Zillow was able to get the facts straight and appraisers weren't so lazy, they would find that I merely refinanced the home in 2006 to buy out an equity share from an ex-wife and then in 2012 sold a joint tenancy to my present wife for 160,000.00. This home is worth $450,000.00 if its worth a penny. In fact the landscaping is worth more than Zillow reports the home value. Neighborhood Description Friendly, watchful neighbors. I wouldn't live anywhere else in Las Vegas.
