This unit is currently being remodel and will feature fresh white paint throughout, new durable white oak laminate flooring, brand-new windows and ceiling fans in every room. Each room also includes floor heaters for added comfort. The front door and entry steps will also be freshly painted to create a more welcoming entrance. The unit includes a full kitchen and laundry room for added convenience. A carport with space for one vehicle and storage. There is extra uncovered parking on property for an extra monthly fee if needed. We are working on having the unit ready and available before Thanksgiving. The $50 sewer fee is covering your sewer and water bills. If your unit exceeds the $50 allowance, you will be responsible for paying difference. In the past, both units have stayed within the allotted monthly amount, so this typically isn't an issue. You will be responsible for setting up and paying for your own electricity and internet services. For dogs over 40 lbs may be considered on case-by-case basis at our discretion. I also plan on installing a fenced and gate in the future to provide a safe area for dogs to roam and for additional parking.
