There are 2 rooms at the end of the apartment - one can be used as a bedroom and the other as your living room. Each room comes with its own closet and there is gas heat in one room on the left along with a window air conditioner, electric heat in the other and there is a gas wall furnace in the hallway and ceiling fans throughout to help distribute the heat throughout the apartment. The apartment is surrounded by trees on all sides except the kitchen window. There are no laundry facilities, but, we do have coin operated laundry right down the street - a 3 -5 minute walk that a resident is welcome to use. There is no off street parking available. SHOWINGS WILL BE DAILY FROM 9-6, DAILY UNTIL LEASED. NO APPOINTMENT IS NECESSARY. OUR CONTRACTOR WILL BE WORKING AROUND THE PROPERTY, BUT, FEEL FREE TO LET YOURSELF IN. THE APARTMENT IS IN MOVE-IN CONDITION AND IS AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE OCCUPANCY.
