While this does not occur often, it does occur on occasion and heavy equipment is used. Pet owners please note. There is not a fenced area for a dog and dogs may not run freely on the property. Sadly, due to previous bad experiences, we can not rent to people with dogs who are barkers. The owner has an outdoor cat who rules the property. A second outdoor cat is not desirable. Water and garbage are included in rent. Propane and electricity costs average about $100 per month, if you practice good energy conservation. Make hard left at second traffic light onto Mill Street which becomes West Side Road. Follow it for slightly over 2 miles. About ¼ mile past Armida Winery, make a right onto Felta Road. In a very short while make a hard left under overpass onto Foreman Lane. Follow it for ¾ mile. Look for 4 mailboxes including 521 and 505. Go straight down driveway to the main house. If you do not see the mailboxes and come to the end of Foreman Lane, which is barricaded, turn around. Our drive is at the very first big turn (left).
