this was my grandmother's home from 1973 until 2011 and was only occupied by her and my grandfather until it was rented out for about 18mo to family friends recently that took good care of it...it is in good condition structurally just needs updating cosmetically and with heating and air..it has a heater but not central...this would make a great family home or vacation home for hunters and fisherman since it is located so close to the gorgeous shores of Lake Russell and also within driving distance to Clarks Hill/Lake Thurmond...both lakes are accessible from the SC and GA sides...
