Partially Furnished, quiet neighborhood and you can use our garage. This is a House that was divided, It has an independent entrance in the backyard. You can use the main house garage only one car. It has no laundry facilities and the front of the house is occupied by an older lady who has two cats and one small dog. No pets as we have had our headaches in the past.
