This is a quiet neighborhood and many of the other tenants are retired or semi-retired. Owner pays for HOA trash and sewer has off street parking and quiet neighborhood and the unit is tucked back away from the primary street. The tenant pays for electric and water; I screen only complete applications. I need 2 months pay stubs, a current utility bill, employment verification, an application which you can email me for application.
