This once was a VERY fine home but now needs more than TLC. It appears to be structurally sound but needs work soon. Nice wrap-around front porch with 'cracked tile' floor, appearing to have no cracks, a good sign for a home this age. Garage is probably beyond hope. Rear windows boarded-up following a break-in (copper pipes cut & stolen.)
