You'll be living with one female and male roommate, both respectful, clean, and easygoing. We're hoping to find someone who is a young professional in their 30s and is dog-friendly. Home Features: * Private bedroom (unfurnished) with vaulted ceilings and ceiling fan. *House is fully furnished * In-unit washer & dryer * Huge fenced in turf yard + back patio (great for relaxing) * Plenty of street parking *Large garage for storage * Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood - close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Looking for someone to take over the current lease which ends May 31, 2026 with the option to renew at that time. We pay gas/electric/internet monthly. SDGE is split evenly based on usage and internet is a flat fee of $25. Water is paid every other month, also split evenly.
