General facts: -Already set up for internet/cable -Original hardwood in bedrooms -Linoleum in kitchen and faux hardwood in living/ dining. -lots of light, especially for a garden unit -High ceilings -Dishwasher -Granite in kitchen and bathroom -enough space in kitchen for table or movable island -good size dining room area (our table fits up to 8) -both bedrooms a great size (full/queen bed fit in each with room to spare) -good closet space in rooms -laundry in building -parking behind building for additional fee or street parking -Short walk to redline, several buses -short walk to clark street and broadway street resturants and shops Because we need to leave prior to the end of our lease, new tenant would need to be approved by property management company and will sign a new lease with them.
