Please be careful! They are running multiple scams on TikTok and other platforms, of my homes. Just fyi If you don't physically come see ME do not give money to anyone. It's sad. Ok Quaint little house in a very nice little neighborhood. Nice flat lot that is semi fenced. Driveway. Carport. & Eventually the detached garage will also go with house. I'm not promising a deadline on that as I need to finish cleaning it out. The house has been in my family for 80 years! Beautiful back porch that's very secluded & peaceful for watching the birds. Entire house has been freshly painted. Brand New washer & dryer. Brand New Bathroom ( Everything). Brand New Roof, Brand New Floors. Refrigerator, Stove. A lot has went into the remodel. It has forced air heat pump and whole house air conditioning. I also put in two baseboard heaters. These are for emergency only in the event that furnace goes out. Brand New hot water tank. It's a nice place. Take care of it, keep it clean, and I'll always take care of you. Thanks I'm fairly certain as far as schools go. It's Bridgeport/ Saint Clairsville/ or Martins Ferry. I think all 3 are accepted. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Electric, Water, Cable/Internet,Garbage. Must pass background check & credit check, 3 most recent pay stubs. Everything will be gone over in the lease agreement. No Pets. Pretty much everything in the house is new & you will be the first to live in it. I carry insurance on the dwelling but if you want insurance on your belongings that's also your responsibility to get renters insurance. I'm a very easy going and easy to get along with type person.
