There's a brand-new queen size memory foam mattress in the bedroom with top-of-the-line sheets and comforters; it feels like you're laying on a cloud. Also installed a huge flat screen TV, and the kitchen comes fully stocked. The bathroom even has brand new towels, soap, shampoo, and everything else you'll need. You'll feel like you're moving into your own private hotel! I also set up an electronic lock on the door so you don't need to carry around physical keys. I always lose my keys, so it's my favorite part of the condo. I also set up online rent payments so you don't have to deal with physical checks or any of that nonsense. I pride myself on being very responsive to anything you need! If you don't know the area, Oak Lawn is a very fun part of Dallas with lots of great restaurants and shops in walking distance. The hospital & medical district area are only a few steps away. However, the condo itself is tucked on a quiet green street one block away from all the hustle and bustle. It's the perfect location :) I'm open to leases of any duration -- 1 month, 8 months, 12 months, 17 months, 31 months, or whatever. I can be flexible with whatever your needs are.
