Fenced in lot..The unit has been freshly painted on the outside including the deck. This is an older mobile home in good condition with a large living room area. Renter responsible for all utilities. No pets or smoking allowed in the unit. Renter is also responsible for the upkeep of the lawn. Rental payments are due on the first day of the month. After the 5th there will be a $25 late fee. After the 10th there will be another $25 fee and the eviction process will begin if payment is not received. Landlord must be notified immediately of any damages that occur during your tenancy. Landlord will also conduct random inspections but will at least give a 24 hour notice. Tenant can not change the locks at any time. This will result in a termination of the lease. Tenant must give landlord a 30 day written notice if there are no plans to renew the lease or the deposit will be forfeited NO EXCEPTIONS!
