Short term renters wanted! We are moving out of our beautiful and bright two-bedroom in the U District and looking for tenants to replace us. It is available now but move-in can be as late as June 1st. The lease ends August 31st. We did not originally plan on furnishing it, but we are willing to work with you and figure out together what's possible/needed. It is the main floor of a triplex with great neighbors. We've loved living here (hello, tall ceilings!) and hope you will too. There's a fenced in side yard, large deck, woods floors, washer/dryer in basement, huge living room, and updated kitchen for $1,950/mo. The landlords pay water/sewer/gas and the tenant pays electricity and internet. Electricity is quite low in the warmer months. We are available to show the place either in-person or virtually. The security deposit is one month's rent, but we would be willing to waive it for tenants that are very serious about applying. *Note: the table in the kitchen is now a gray wood design, not teal, and the house itself was recently painted a nice navy blue
