The building history is absolutely beautiful. Our apartment is one of the first renovations done in the building. There's a little balcony connected to the living room overlooking a backyard with a really pretty dog. Maintenance response time is awesome because he lives in the building. There's a security camera covering the parking lot next door. If there's no parking left in the U in front of the building or the parking lot, there's always parking on West Hansberry Street. You are right across the street from the Queen Lane train station and there are Septa bus stops on each corner around the apartment building. I work until 3am most nights and coming home there's barely anyone out, nice and quiet. The heat works very well, doesn't take long for the apartment to heat up. Building management is always renovating and is now working to upgrade A/C units. See lease for details
