great home, newer windows, newer roof, garage roof done 2017, driveway re asphalt 2017, privacy fence built 2017, very large upstairs bedroom with new carpet in 2017, had the house professionally cleaned and also the vents professionally cleaned in 2017, 2 bedrooms , Livingroom, dining room, kitchen, bathroom on main level, large furnace room (that we used as storage room/ pantry), large laundry room (also nice for storage), Livingroom in basement also, and a good size office in the basement, (if it had an egress window it could be considered a bedroom) we currently have renters in there until 4/27/19 ( I know that's far down the road) but we are trying to FSBO so we can save us and you some $$$.
