Looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease starting July 1st and going till 07 March 2021 (9 months). My apartment is located in the Can Plant east building and has both a gated entrance on one end, and a small porch which exits directly onto the street. The apartment is 1br/1ba and approximately 730 sq ft with 12 ft ceilings and concrete floors. Has all appliances including washer and dryer. Ideally, I would like for someone to move in between July 1-7. You would be added to my lease as a "roommate", but would have the apartment to yourself and would be responsible for all rent/utilities/expenses. At the end of the lease period, you would then be able to renew the lease under your own name. This prevents this in-demand apartment from going on the market (where it surely won't stay for long) and avoids the demand pricing that the management uses to determine rent price. This arrangement IS NOT a "sublet" (which is expressly forbidden). We would work with management to ensure all necessary background checks, credit checks, etc. were completed to ensure that everything is done right
