Apartment comes with cookware, dishes, silverware. You bring your own queen size sheets and your TV and move on in. There is a laundry room on the property. We do a seven month lease. Rent is $360 a week or $1380 a month. We only put two people in an apartment. We don't except any pets. There's no smoke smoking in the apartments, of any type. Smoking is only allowed outside. We do not rent to anyone that's been evicted and we do not rent to anyone that's been accused of a felony in the last five years and you can't have any violent misdemeanors.
