Furnished 3+BR/2BA house in West End. Available July 1 2025 through June 2026. We'll be living abroad for a year, beginning July 1st, and are looking to rent our house on the West End. It is ~2400 sq ft on two floors. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, office, laundry room with front-loading washer/dryer plus a library and a family room complete with a wet bar. The lot is ~4200 sq ft with figs, peaches, lemons, loquats, blueberries, and irrigated raised beds for potential gardeners. Includes a hot tub! We're asking $5000 a month plus utilities. We're looking for someone we can trust to take care of our house! Excellent references required. Prefer no pets, but also negotiable. We'd like to rent it fully furnished, but could store some of our stuff if you'd like to bring your own. Lease must begin no earlier than July 1 2025 and end no later than June 30 2026. Renter is responsible for utilities: electric (we have solar), gas, water, and internet. No smoking indoors. Tenant responsible for basic yard work (for example, raking leaves off sidewalk)
