Rustic Old Arabi Market place antique store is right there as well. 7 minute ride to Chalmette's Walmart, 8 min to Home Depot... 7 minutes to popular & delicious Middle Eastern Stella Maris Cafe & Grocery. Full grocery store Canseco's is located in Old Arabi 3 minutes drive. You can also take a short stroll along the Mississippi river to a classic dive bar "Old Arabi Bar" with great live music throughout the week... We also have one of the greatest New Orleans glass artist in our vicinity at newly opened Studio Inferno. Zeitgeist Multi-Disciplinary Arts Center has just moved from decade long location on Oretha Castle Haley Boulevard to Old Arabi with weekly live music shows and daily movie projections just 3 minutes car ride from the house.
