The master bedroom is available with an attached bathroom, two closets, and located in a corner on the bottom level. The house has two living rooms and I only use one, so you'll have a furnished space for yourself too. Everything else can be shared, including backyard, kitchen, & garage. Utilities are included in the rent price and covers electricity/water/gas/trash/internet/gardener. House is in a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of parking. I have my 6 yr son on weekends who has his own room. There is also another tenant, Leslie, who travels a lot, and my 50lb lab/husky who is very friendly. Other pets may be welcome, depending on the animal. An extra $800 deposit for the carpet would be required. I'm a 41 y/o business professional with a calm demeanor. For fun, I snowboard, golf, shoot darts, and work on my reef tank. I have a girlfriend who comes over a couple nights a week. Close to Cypress College and not far from Long Beach State, centrally located between the 405, 605, and 91. I prefer to remain flexible and go month to month to begin, but if it's a good fit, you can stay indefinitely. Utils are included in rent.
