Great neighborhood, super close to the Macklind restaurants and shops. Layout is the typical large rooms with an archway between the first and second room after entry, followed by the dining room and the kitchen off to the side, then the bathroom and the bedroom at the rear of the home. Off the bedroom is a closed in and finished area that was a porch years ago. This is a second floor unit with wide stairs to the unit. It is beautiful and very well maintained building with a dry basement and in a neighborhood that I think is really special, and bonus your neighbors are super respectful people. Having trouble with the zillow posting but the apartment does have central Air, and forced air heating. Water, sewer and trash are included in the rent.
