I have a 1 bed 1 bath 750 Sq. Ft. apartment for sublet. The apartment is located in Broad Ripple Trails on 52nd ST. just 4 blocks east of the Monon Trail. There will be 7 months remaining on the lease as of March 1st when I want to move out. Rent is 675 with 23 dollars added each month for water; the total paid to the complex is $698.00 a month. The lease ends November 2017. However if I get someone to lease it beforehand I will have paid rent for February and will be moving out ASAP. There is plenty of closet space in the bed room. There is a gas furnace, gas oven and range, and gas water heater. My electric bill last month was 48 dollars and my gas was 38 dollars. There is currently high speed internet in the apartment that is 55 a month (is cable ready). I don't know if I?ll be able to take it with me. There is a chance I can transfer it to whoever moves in. There are 2 pools and they allow all dogs (2 per unit). I am subletting because my girlfriend and I have decided to move in together and we will be getting a house. The neighbors are quite and keep to themselves, and everyone is a young professional. There is an application fee which I will pay. There is also a damage deposit starting at $200.00 and can go all the way up to the full price of the rent. I will gladly give over my deposit to whoever takes over my lease. Owner is responsible for Gas and Electric. My bills last month were 48 for eclectic and 38 for gas. Water is 23 dollars a month and is added to your rent. The total monthly amount to be paid to the apt complex is 698. There is a 200 dollar deposit, the amount can increase up to a full months rent based on credit. There is an application free that I will pay. To sweeten the deal I will give you my deposit for taking over the lease .
