You can put that green thumb to work anywhere else on the property, too, because it has a terrific 60gpm well.The property is pretty special, too. With nearly 5 1/2 acres and over a 1,000 feet of frontage, you have complete and total privacy. You will never see a neighboring house. And, this property backs up to a large ranch parcel. The property is located along a ridgetop at about the 3,200 foot elevation and has some amazing Sierra views(Unfortunately, it was stormy the day of the pics so views don't show very well). Portions also have views of the San Joaquin Valley. The vegetation is fairly dense but the property has good terrain. The driveway and parking areas are all paved and in excellent condition. The owners have cleared much of the area around the home and there is plenty of room for outbuildings. Already existing is a nice workshop and wood storage building.We always talk about any negatives. One thing that isn't a negative is the home and improvements...great design and meticulously maintained. The 3,200 foot elevation does mean some occasional winter snow and 6 inches is not uncommon. The higher elevation also means it will be a lot cooler in the summer. The property is at the far eastern portion of Squaw Valley, so travel time to the valley is a bit longer...about an hour. The area around the home has all been cleared but there is about 3.5 acres that has dense vegetation...nice terrain but it needs clearing if you want to have expanded uses of that portion of the property. That's about it for negatives.This is an uncommonly beautiful property. Our meager descriptions can't begin to reflect the uniqueness of design and quality of execution that has been created by the owner. This is truly a labor of love. When you see this property up close and personal, you will appreciate what a great value it is.
