Very bright . Bath updated. Clean laundry room in partial basement. Washer, dryer, sinks and cabinets. Home has large patio, fenced yard and 2.5 car garage. I do an extensive credit and background check. Need good job history , verifiable income. Owner pays water and supplies use of power mower to maintain yard . Tenant does snow removal. No smoking in house
