This home has been perfect for me, but it is time to update to a house in a different area. I purchased this back in 2016 and over the past 3 years, I have renovated it immensely. I placed all new floor boards throughout the kitchen, living room, spare bedroom, bathroom and hallway. I had the back half of the roof replaced entirely fall of 2016. Rent is 270/month, that includes water, sewer and trash. gas ranges anywhere from 50-60 bucks per month based upon how much you use, and electric can range the same, maybe a bit higher again with how much you use. No pets are allowed, you much be approved by the park, my neighbors are incredibly friendly, and it is a great neighborhood. It's located by a lot of major buisnesses and a quick drive into town.
