This home is a custom built home. It has a very unique layout. There is plenty of room for a big family to enjoy. This house is being sold as is. The house does need a little Tlc. Nothing major is wrong. All it needs is some painting done in a couple rooms. Also the carpet could use a good scrubbing or replaced. The pool needs a new liner.( we are in the process of doing that) Everything else is good.
