EXCELLENT Flaming Gorge Reservoir Recreational property or year round home. The view is incredible, take your pick, lake, redrock, valley, mountain. Walk into a gorgeous open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and huge windows. The kitchen is quite large and you will be able to cook until your heart's content (all those yummy fish you'll be catching!) Speaking of fish, next to the carport/ outdoor entertaining area is a fish cleaning station that just needs to be reconnected. The grand master suite has a huge walk-in closet and a beautiful bathroom featuring a huge garden sub, dual sinks and a separate shower. Let's talk about new and upgraded. New roof, propane line, fridge, range, upgraded light fixtures and ceiling fans. All the bedrooms have walk-in closets. Don't forget the tool/wheeler shed! This is a wonderful investment. The furniture is all negotiable :)
