Incredible updates (see docs.) The kitchen was remodeled with high-end granite, new custom cabinets w/pull outs & many surprises. The flooring is hand scraped hickory. The new patio is AWESOME with stained bead board ceilings ceiling fans, stamped concrete & really high to give a nicer feeling. Mrs. Seller is a gardener deluxe. She says the roses, bushes & fruit trees are easy to maintain. There is a sprinkler system to make it even easier. This is a GREAT floor plan. Motivated Seller!
