The Grove is located on a calm and peaceful street away from busy traffic and also within walking distance of cafes and New Seasons. It's a new build (2019) and has fantastic lighting with large windows. Room is 125 sqft and is $705 plus $100 utilities. It is located in one of the houses which is shared between 2 other people. The room is located on the second floor. The bathroom is shared between a total of 3 people. We are looking for folks who thrives in group settings, loves socializing, and who brings positive energy, good communication skills, enjoys hosting gatherings, and thrives in a lifestyle of shared living. The Grove is a community of folks who enjoy open communication, mutual support, and collective decision-making. In our community, we cook together, engage in social activities, and prioritize sustainable living. You will have your own private space but active participation in shared responsibilities like gardening, house upkeep, and event planning is part of our intentional co-living community. We are a low/no drama community and even though we enjoy the occasional dance party, we have evening quiet hours and the atmosphere here is generally very peaceful. We value open and direct communication, people who clean up after themselves in the common areas, and generally enjoy helping out.
