We are moving and are needing someone to take over our lease starting December 1st. There will be no deposit needed!! We will pay the lease transferring fee. All you will have to do is pay rent! This is SUCH a nice apartment. It is updated with chocolate cabinetry and all stainless steel appliances. 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Very Large master bedroom with his and her closets (2 closets). The 2nd bedroom is large as well with a walk-in closet. Just barely put in new faux-wood laminate flooring (looks VERY nice).. HUGEEEE patio. You can actually have a garden out there. There is a washer and dryer included, plenty of storage space (coat closet and all) - privacy is great. Quiet apartment living and it is so relaxing. This apartment is facing inward towards the beautiful creek and pond. Great for pets - they have a nice little dog park where your pet can socialize. Pool and year round hot tub, sauna, tennis court, pool table, nice grill, gazebo, volleyball court.. And best of all, it is serene. It is extremely safe here. I never feel scared or concerned. The neighbors are great. Maintenance is great and fast. The office management is awesome, helpful and very friendly. We did not include actual pictures of our apartment but will be taking pictures soon. The only real difference in the picture of the kitchen is the flooring. It is the hardwood look instead of tile.
